Bill was not only a client but a friend and mentor – that is a rare relationship and there are very few like him. His name still always raises a smile in conversations worldwide.

Mosques are on every corner in Kalimantan! Even the corners of the river. Let me add the locals are wonderfully peaceful and placid people from ail I have ever experienced. I felt safer in regional Indonesia than I would in regional Australia. Now that is another story...
